TOYO ASANO FOUNDATION CO.,LTD. <5271> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 1st (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending February 2026 has been revised upward 15.4%, from the previous forecast of 520 million yen to 600 million yen (compared to 596 million yen in the previous period), turning to a 0.7% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has decreased 51.6%, from the previous forecast of 310 million yen to 150 million yen (compared to 363 million yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 14.6% to 58.7%.

At the same time, the March to August period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 2.9 times, from the previous forecast of 160 million yen to 462 million yen (compared to 323 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 43.0% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
