D.I.System Co.,Ltd. <4421> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2025 (October 2024 to June 2025) decreased 5.0% from the same period last year to 265 million yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 359 million yen was 73.8%, also falling below the five-year average of 98.1%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the July to September period (4Q) is expected to expand 46.9% from the same period last year, reaching 94 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 50 million yen, a 5.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 2.9% in the same period last year to 2.5%.
