AIMECHATEC,Ltd. <6227> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 8th (15:35). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended June 2025 surged by 12 times that of the previous term, reaching 1.88 billion yen, exceeding the previous forecast of 1.51 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending June 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 20.8% to 2.27 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 50 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.7 times that of the same period last year, reaching 1.86 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 10.8% in the same period last year to 18.4%.
