VIS co. ltd. <5071> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 8th (15:31). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) dropped 41.7% from the same period last year to 243 million yen. Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 709 million yen was 34.3%, also falling below the five-year average of 37.9%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin significantly dropped from 11.5% in the same period last year to 7.8%.
