Open Up Group, 6% Decrease in Net Income for The Current Fiscal Year, Dividend Raised by 10 Yen

Earnings ReportOpen Up Group Inc. <2154> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on August 8th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended June 2025 increased by 6.7% from the previous period to 12.5 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending June 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to decrease by 6.0% from the previous period to 11.8 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 85 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (4Q), the consolidated net income grew 7.7% from the same period last year, reaching 3.82 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 5.7% in the same period last year to 8.1%.
