YAGI & CO.,LTD. <7460> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 4th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) expanded 1.00 billion yen, an increase 30.1% compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the full-year plan of 3.80 billion yen was 26.4%, also surpassing the five-year average of 17.0%.

At the same time, the company, which had previously planned no interim dividend for this fiscal year, has decided to pay a dividend of 50 yen for the first half (compared to no dividend in the same period of the previous year).

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin improved from 3.4% in the same period last year to 3.9%.
