ARGO GRAPHICS Inc. <7595> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 1st (15:45). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) decreased 14.2% from the same period last year to 2.57 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 11.3 billion yen was 22.8%, almost the same as the five-year average of 26.5%.

At the same time, due to a planned 4-for-1 forward stock split is scheduled for September 30, the the annual dividend has been revised from the original plan of 160 yen to 100 yen (equivalent to 160 yen before the forward stock split), but the actual dividend remains unchanged.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin decreased from 15.8% in the same period last year to 14.6%.
