Earnings Report

ITOCHU Corporation <8001> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on August 1st (13:00). The consolidated net income for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) expanded 283 billion yen, an increase 37.4% compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the full-year plan of 900 billion yen was 31.5%, almost the same as the five-year average of 27.5%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin worsened from 5.3% in the same period last year to 4.8%.
