TAIYO TECHNOLEX CO.,LTD. <6663> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on July 29th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to June) has been revised upward from an expected loss of 67 million yen to a loss of 59 million yen (compared to a loss of 35 million yen in the same period of the previous year), indicating a reduction in the loss margin.

Furthermore, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of profit of 55 million yen(compared to a loss of 47 million yen in the previous period).

In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 3 yen to 6 yen (compared to 3 yen in the previous period).
