TOHO LAMAC CO.,LTD. <7422> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on July 25th (15:30). The ordinary profit/loss (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2025 (January to June) turned into a loss of 11 million yen (compared to a profit of 52 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the July to December period (second half) is expected to surge 3.4 times that of the same period last year, reaching 171 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (2Q), the ordinary profit significantly dropped to 7 million yen, an 86.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 1.7% in the same period last year to 0.1%.
