Takatori Corporation <6338> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on July 25th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has decreased 35.7%, from the previous forecast of 1.40 billion yen to 0.90 billion yen (compared to 2.75 billion yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 49.2% to 67.4%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 55.2%, from the previous forecast of 0.90 billion yen to 0.40 billion yen (compared to 0.98 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 8.1% to 58.9%.
