Earnings ReportNAGAILEBEN Co.,Ltd. <7447> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on June 27th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending August 2025 (September 2024 to May 2025) decreased 5.9% from the same period last year to 2.99 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 4.17 billion yen was 71.7%, also falling below the five-year average of 77.1%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the June to August period (4Q) is expected to expand 32.3% from the same period last year, reaching 1.18 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 60 yen to 100 yen (compared to 60 yen in the previous period).
In the most recent three-month period, from March to May (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.45 billion yen, a 5.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 29.0% in the same period last year to 25.6%.
