Kyoritsu Computer & Communication Co.,Ltd. <3670> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on June 18th (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2026, which was not disclosed, is expected to grow by 21.6% to 366 million yen.

In light of the strong performance, the company, which had previously planned no dividend for the current fiscal year, has decided to implement a year-end lump-sum dividend of 55 yen (compared to 55 yen in the prior term).
