UMENOHANA GROUP CO.,LTD. <7604> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on June 12th (17:50). The consolidated net income/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending April 2025 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 0.42 billion yen to a loss of 0.38 billion yen (compared to a profit of 1.02 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the November to April period (second half) consolidated net income/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 0.58 billion yen to a loss of 0.21 billion yen (compared to a profit of 0.73 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
