Konoshima Chemical Co.,Ltd. <4026> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on June 11th (14:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended April 2025 decreased by 17.1% from the previous period to 1.71 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending April 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to expand to 22.2% to 2.10 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 46 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from February to April (4Q), the ordinary profit dropped to 0.40 billion yen, a 48.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin significantly dropped from 11.7% in the same period last year to 6.2%.
