TOMOE ENGINEERING, Ordinary Profit Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward by 7%, Raises Record High Profit Forecast, Dividend Revised Upward by 1 yen

TOMOE ENGINEERING CO.,LTD. <6309> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on June 6th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending October 2025 has been revised upward 7.0%, from the previous forecast of 5.00 billion yen to 5.35 billion yen (compared to 4.77 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 4.7% to 12.0%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for five consecutive terms.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 98 yen to 99 yen (compared to 145 yen before the 3-for-1 forward stock split in the previous period).
