Guidance Update Report

NOVAC CO.,LTD. <5079> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on June 3rd (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending April 2025 has been revised upward 29.7%, from the previous forecast of 640 million yen to 830 million yen.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the November to April period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 37.3%, from the previous forecast of 509 million yen to 699 million yen.

Note: Since the current fiscal year, the company has transitioned to consolidated financial statements.
