However, the progress rate toward the plan for the six months ending July (1H) of 3.5 billion yen was 46.9%, also falling below the five-year average of 51.0%.
In the most recent three-month period, from February to April (1Q), the operating profit margin rose from 20.3% in the same period last year to 26.1%.
