Earnings ReportPremium Group Co.,Ltd. <7199> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 0.9% from the previous period to 4.65 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to expand to 31.2% to 6.1 billion yen, marking the tenth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the tenth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 54 yen, an increase of 14 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income significantly dropped to 0.54 billion yen, a 61.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 20.8% in the same period last year to 9.0%.
