FaithNetwork Co.,Ltd <3489> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 surged by 2.3 times that of the previous term, reaching 4.1 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 21.8% to 5 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 96 yen to 98.5 yen (compared to 45 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 120 yen, an increase of 21.5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 36.7% from the same period last year, reaching 3.6 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 17.9% in the same period last year to 22.1%.
