Earnings ReportCENTRAL AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS LTD. <8117> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 15th (14:20). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 10.3% from the previous period to 12.4 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 4.7% to 13 billion yen, marking the eleventh consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourteenth consecutive term of revenue and the eleventh consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 138 yen to 159 yen (compared to 130 yen in the prior term), and the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 56 yen, taking into account the forward stock split scheduled to be allocated on March 31, this dividend represents an actual increase of 5.7%.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 20.3% from the same period last year, reaching 3.18 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 24.9% in the same period last year to 25.5%.
