Earnings ReportHAVIX CORPORATION <3895> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 14th (15:40). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 10.2% from the previous period to 792 million yen. With the transition to non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the ordinary profit (non-consolidated) is expected to drop by 30.6% from the previous period 前期consolidated to 550 million yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 16 yen to 18 yen (compared to 16 yen in the prior term). For the current term, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 16 yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 124 million yen, a 45.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 6.1% in the same period last year to 4.4%.
Note: Since the fiscal year ending March 2026, the company has transitioned to non-consolidated financial statements.
