Earnings ReportLife Intelligent Enterprise Holdings Co.,Ltd. <5856> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary loss for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded to a loss of 1.64 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.9 billion yen in the previous period), but it is expected to shrink to loss of 0.23 billion yen for the fiscal year ending March 2026. This will mark the fourth consecutive term of losses.
At the same time, the company has decided to forego the previously undecided year-end lump-sum dividend, and plans to continue paying no dividends this fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary loss improved to a deficit of 0.28 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.77 billion yen in the same period last year). However, the operating profit/loss margin worsened from -15.9% in the same period last year to -17.8%.
