Earnings ReportAi Holdings Corporation <3076> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2025 (July 2024 to March 2025) significantly dropped 57.2% from the same period last year to 7.34 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 11.3 billion yen was 64.9%, also falling below the five-year average of 79.5%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the April to June period (4Q) is expected to expand 47.8% from the same period last year, reaching 3.97 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 21.5% from the same period last year, reaching 3.59 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 20.5% in the same period last year to 19.2%.
