Earnings ReportSANYEI CORPORATION <8119> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 14th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 72.2% from the previous period to 2.14 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to drop by 39.5% from the previous period to 1.3 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 59 yen to 61 yen (compared to 80 yen before the 4-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.19 billion yen, a 54.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 3.9% in the same period last year to 2.4%.
