Earnings ReportSAWAI GROUP HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. <4887> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on May 14th (15:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 67.5% from the previous period to 22.9 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to decrease by 24.1% from the previous period to 17.4 billion yen.
At the same time, the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 55 yen, taking into account the previous year's forward stock split, this dividend represents an actual increase of 3.8%.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income/loss turned to a loss of 2.51 billion yen (compared to a profit of 0.19 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from 3.3% in the same period last year to -1.5%.
