Earnings ReportTakachiho Co.,Ltd <8225> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 0.9% from the previous period to 436 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 3.2% to 450 million yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 80 yen, an increase of 30 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 25 million yen (compared to a loss of 16 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin remained almost flat, changing from -1.1% in the same period last year to -1.4%.
