Earnings ReportFUJITA ENGINEERING CO.,LTD. <1770> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 33.1% from the previous period to 3.12 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 23.2% from the previous period to 2.4 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 50 yen to 60 yen (compared to 60 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 60 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 21.3% from the same period last year, reaching 1.04 billion yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 6.6% in the same period last year to 10.0%.
