Earnings ReportNippon Signal Company,Limited <6741> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 13th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 36.7% from the previous period to 10.7 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.1% to 10.8 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 28.2% from the same period last year, reaching 7.36 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 13.1% in the same period last year to 17.6%.
