Earnings ReportTSUGAMI CORPORATION <6101> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on May 13th (13:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 2.0 times that of the previous period to 10.9 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to decrease by 21.1% from the previous period to 8.6 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 64 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 80.0% from the same period last year, reaching 3.13 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 15.9% in the same period last year to 23.4%.
