NANYO, 7% Decrease in Ordinary Profit for The Current Fiscal Year, Despite Last Fiscal Year's Dividend Increase, This Fiscal Year to Decrease Dividend

Earnings ReportNANYO CORPORATION <7417> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 was 2.6% from the previous period to 3.11 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 6.9% from the previous period to 2.9 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 54 yen to 58 yen (compared to 101 yen before the 2-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 52 yen, a decrease of 6 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.68 billion yen, a 15.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 7.2% in the same period last year to 6.9%.
