Earnings ReportUNIVANCE CORPORATION <7254> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 3.2% from the previous period to 4.39 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026 is also bleak, with an expected significant drop by 54.5% from the previous period to 2 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 13 yen to 14 yen (compared to 11 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 16 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.26 billion yen, a 24.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 11.6% in the same period last year to 9.4%.
