Yamadai, Last Fiscal Year Net Income Loss Widened in Downward Revision, 40% Deficit Against Net Assets, Dividend Revised down by 10 yen

Guidance Update ReportYamadai Corporation <7426> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on May 12th (15:10). The consolidated net income/loss for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised downward from an expected loss of 0.36 billion yen to a loss of 1.43 billion yen, indicating an expansion in the loss margin The deficit amounted to a 39.6% impairment of net assets at the end of the previous fiscal year.. However, the full-year consolidated operating profit/loss has been revised upward from an expected loss of 0.38 billion yen to a loss of 0.37 billion yen, indicating a reduction in the loss margin.
Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated net income/loss has been revised downward from an expected loss of 0.12 billion yen to a loss of 1.19 billion yen, indicating an expansion in the loss margin.
Due to a decline in performance, the company has significantly reduced its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 30 yen to 20 yen (compared to 25 yen in the previous period).
Note: Since the current fiscal year, the company has transitioned to consolidated financial statements.
