Earnings ReportNIPPON SANSO HOLDINGS CORPORATION <4091> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on May 12th (15:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 6.7% from the previous period to 98.7 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to expand to 17.4% to 116 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 48 yen to 51 yen (compared to 44 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 54 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income dropped to 21.3 billion yen, a 34.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 14.7% in the same period last year to 11.0%.
