NOHMI BOSAI LTD. <6744> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 9th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 32.5% from the previous period to 16.2 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 4.2% to 16.9 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 60 yen to 76 yen (compared to 53 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 100 yen, an increase of 24 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 8.22 billion yen, a 2.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 20.7% in the same period last year to 17.8%.
