NKK SWITCHES, Returning to Profitability This Year, Dividend Raised by 10 yen

Earnings ReportNKK SWITCHES.CO.,LTD. <6943> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 8th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the fiscal year ending March 2025 turned into a loss of 394 million yen (compared to a profit of 459 million yen in the previous period). The result was better than the previously estimated deficit of loss of 550 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit/loss is expected to recover to profit of 50 million yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 80 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 252 million yen (compared to a loss of 17 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from -2.4% in the same period last year to -14.5%.
