Earnings ReportOSAKA GAS CO.,LTD. <9532> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 8th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 16.3% from the previous period to 189 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 13.0% from the previous period to 165 billion yen. This will be the second consecutive term of declining profits.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 105 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 23.3% from the same period last year, reaching 64.1 billion yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 5.6% in the same period last year to 9.8%.
