Earnings ReportAd-Sol Nissin Corporation <3837> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 18.9% from the previous period to 1.76 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 10.4% to 1.95 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.
At the same time, the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 37 yen, taking into account the forward stock split scheduled to be allocated on March 31, this dividend represents an actual increase of 23.3%.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 19.7% from the same period last year, reaching 0.36 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 7.7% in the same period last year to 8.5%.
