Guidance Update ReportTAKEDA iP HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <7875> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on May 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 5.6%, from the previous forecast of 1.4 billion yen to 1.47 billion yen (compared to 0.93 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 50.2% to 58.6%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 8.5%, from the previous forecast of 0.92 billion yen to 0.99 billion yen (compared to 0.56 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 61.9% to 75.6%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 33 yen to 37 yen (compared to 26 yen in the previous period).
