Earnings ReportCHARM CARE CORPORATION <6062> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 8th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2025 (July 2024 to March 2025) decreased 7.0% from the same period last year to 2.66 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 5.01 billion yen was 53.1%, also falling below the five-year average of 62.8%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the April to June period (4Q) is expected to decrease 20.4% from the same period last year to 2.35 billion yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.78 billion yen, a 29.0% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 8.3% in the same period last year to 7.3%.
