House Foods, 5% Increase in Ordinary Profit, Update Record High for Second Consecutive Term

Earnings ReportHouse Foods Group Inc. <2810> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 8th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 1.4% from the previous period to 21.3 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 4.7% to 22.4 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 2.99 billion yen, a 14.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 3.8% in the same period last year to 3.0%.
