Earnings ReportTOHO TITANIUM COMPANY LIMITED <5727> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 8th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 12.1% from the previous period to 5.51 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to drop by 40.2% from the previous period to 3.3 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of declining profits.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 16 yen to 18 yen (compared to 24 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 18 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 1.03 billion yen, a 53.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 8.0% in the same period last year to 6.2%.
