Earnings ReportArisawa Mfg. Co.,Ltd. <5208> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 7th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 3.5 times that of the previous period to 5.26 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 14.6% from the previous period to 4.5 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 84 yen to 96 yen (compared to 60 yen in the prior term), and has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 88 yen, a decrease of 8 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 53.0% from the same period last year, reaching 1.17 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 7.4% in the same period last year to 9.0%.
