Guidance Update ReportTSURUYA CO.,LTD. <5386> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 28th (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has decreased 10.8%, from the previous forecast of 510 million yen to 455 million yen (compared to 199 million yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 2.6 times to 2.3 times.
Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) ordinary profit has decreased 35.5%, from the previous forecast of 155 million yen to 100 million yen (compared to 50 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 3.1 times to 2.0 times.
Due to a decline in performance, the company has reduced its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 14 yen to 12 yen (compared to 5 yen in the previous period).
