Guidance Update ReportXEBIO holdings CO.,LTD. <8281> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 28th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 21.3%, from the previous forecast of 6.28 billion yen to 7.62 billion yen (compared to 5.4 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 16.3% to 41.0%. However, the full-year consolidated net income has decreased 67.7%, from the previous forecast of 3 billion yen to 0.97 billion yen (compared to 2.59 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 62.5% decrease in profit.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 65.7%, from the previous forecast of 2.03 billion yen to 3.37 billion yen (compared to 1.73 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 17.3% to 94.3%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 30 yen to 32.5 yen (compared to 30 yen in the previous period).
