Earnings ReportTOYOTA TSUSHO CORPORATION <8015> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on April 28th (15:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 9.4% from the previous period to 362 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to decrease by 6.2% from the previous period to 340 billion yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 100 yen to 105 yen (compared to 280 yen before the 3-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 110 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 39.7% from the same period last year, reaching 84.6 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 3.5% in the same period last year to 4.7%.
