Earnings ReportDAIICHI SANKYO COMPANY, LIMITED <4568> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on April 25th (13:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 47.3% from the previous period to 295 billion yen, exceeding the previous forecast of 240 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 1.4% to 300 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 78 yen, an increase of 18 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income surged 2.3 times that of the same period last year, reaching 87.1 billion yen. The operating profit margin drastically improved from 4.0% in the same period last year to 16.1%.
