KOA, 36% Decrease in Ordinary Profit for The Current Fiscal Year, Dividend to Cut by 10 yen

The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 72.3% from the previous period to 1.24 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to drop by 35.6% from the previous period to 0.8 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of declining profits.
At the same time, the company has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 30 yen, a decrease of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 0.35 billion yen, a 52.0% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin improved from 1.6% in the same period last year to 3.8%.
