TAKASAGO TEKKO K.K. <5458> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on April 23rd (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has decreased 5.3%, from the previous forecast of 550 million yen to 521 million yen (compared to 395 million yen in the previous period), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 39.2% to 31.9%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 10.3%, from the previous forecast of 282 million yen to 253 million yen (compared to 239 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 18.0% to 5.9%.
