Guidance Update ReportShin Nippon Air Technologies Co., Ltd. <1952> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the morning on April 23rd (11:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 20.4%, from the previous forecast of 9.8 billion yen to 11.8 billion yen (compared to 9.72 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 0.8% to 21.3%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for four consecutive terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 28.8%, from the previous forecast of 6.93 billion yen to 8.93 billion yen (compared to 8.03 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 11.2% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 90 yen to 110 yen (compared to 100 yen before the 2-for-1 forward stock split in the previous period).
